The Telangana government led by Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) has issued the new Sada Bainama Registration Guide 2022. This latest guideline is for submission and regularization of scheme applications of the Sadabainama category of agricultural lands located in rural areas. Earlier, the state government had also launched a layout regulation scheme in Telangana and is inviting the LRS scheme application form on the official website lrs.telangana.gov.in.
New Sada Bainama Registration Guidelines in Telangana
Regularization of agricultural land in rural areas has become easier as the Telangana State Government has issued new Sada Banama Registration Guidelines. Importantly, the scheme is not applicable for agricultural land transactions using the instrumental name, except in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Kakatiya Urban Development Authority, Municipal Corporations, and notified boards appointed in the municipalities.
To clear legal hurdles for the regularisation of land sale transactions on plain papers (Sada Bainamas), the state cabinet is likely to promulgate an ordinance amending the new Revenue Act. The cabinet, which is meeting on Friday at 4 pm, is likely to approve the amendment to the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act.”
Additionally, the cabinet will discuss and approve a minimum support price (MSP) for superfine variety paddy, compensation of damages caused by rains and floods, incorporating provisions in the law to allow municipalities and municipal corporations to register non-agriculture properties via Dharani, and announcement of sops and developmental works in Greater Hyderabad in light of the upcoming GHMC elections.

Telangana Sada Bainama Application Form (New Update)
The latest Sada Bainama registration guidelines issued on 18 October 2020 stipulate that all the sada bainama applications for regularisation should be submitted through Mee Seva centers only in the prescribed format. Applicants must fill in all the details in the TS Sada Bainama Regularisation Application Form to regularize their lands. The new Sadabainama guidelines are in addition to the government orders issued on 12 October 2020 which gave authority to all the District Collectors to accept Form-X claims for regularization of Sada bainama as the last opportunity and issue of pattadar passbook.
Cut off Date to Regularise Sada Bainamas
CM K Chandrasekhar Rao assured the state legislature to make plain banamas regular. For this purpose, the State Government fixed the cut-date for land transactions at Sadabenma on June 2, 2014, which will be eligible for regularization. Government of Telangana.
